Angels for the Elderly Leadership Team:

Michelle Kelley, Executive Director
Michelle Haigler Kelley is a native of Montgomery Alabama. She currently lives in Pike Road with her husband, Shane and daughters Shelby and Saylor. She worked alongside her mom in the family catering business “The Perfect Mix” for almost 20 years before she began her career in the Senior Living industry in 2011 as the Director of Lifestyles at Elmcroft. It wasn’t long after that she realized that working with seniors and their families was her calling. She received her Assisted Living Administrators license in January of 2014. Since then, she has been working everyday with residents and families to find the perfect fit for their loved one. Michelle’s door is always open for residents, families and associates.
“I am excited to join the team at Angels for the Elderly. Angels for the Elderly has always been the community of choice by multiple generations in Montgomery simply based on the reputation of Susan Durden. I am excited to work alongside her, learn her secret to having such a wonderful community, build a strong team of caring associates, getting to know the residents and their families and to be a part of the continued success.”
